Here’s what we’re pouring at the moment. It changes fairly often depending on what’s on the roaster that week, so treat this as a rough guide rather than gospel.

Espresso 45. Americano 50. Filter (V60 or batch brew) 55. Flat white 65. Latte 65. Cortado 55. Turkish coffee 40. Cold brew 60. All prices in Turkish lira.

On the shelf for beans right now: an Ethiopia Yirgacheffe (washed, floral, our current house filter), a Colombia from Huila that works well through espresso, and a seasonal blend we call Winter Blend. 250 g bags, 220 to 320 lira depending on the coffee. We grind to order if you tell us your brew method.

We also do batches of cardamom bun and a plain sourdough most mornings until they run out.
